Do you think you may have mold growing in your home or property? We are here to help! Our specialists provide home mold inspections, commercial mold inspections, and indoor air quality assessments. Our process includes full visual inspections, advanced thermal imaging, moisture measurements, and more.
Visual Inspection & Sampling
Our team of mold inspectors will visit your property and complete a thorough, visual inspection of the entire area. We’ll inspect any areas with moisture, water damage, and other areas that may promote the growth of mold. We’ll also gather air and surface samples to send to the microbiology laboratory for mold testing and analysis.
In addition to a visual inspection, we also inspect the property using our thermal imaging equipment. Thermal imaging allows us to locate any hidden mold that may be growing out of sight. For instance, mold often grows behind drywall and cabinets. To locate all growth areas, we also use moisture readings, humidity scans, borescopes, and more.
