Why Independence Holds
Independence Written Into State Law.
Florida licenses mold assessors and mold remediators separately, and it draws a hard line between the two. We hold both: Mold Assessor MRSA3341 and Mold Remediator MRSR3507. We still never perform remediation. That is a choice, not a limitation, and it is the whole reason our findings carry no conflict of interest.

A licensed mold assessor may not perform remediation on a structure the assessor inspected within the preceding 12 months. That makes our independence provable, not just promised: no repair invoice can ever depend on what we find.
